What Problem are we solving?

Many individuals of black ethnicity do not understand the importance of buying a home and the significant wealth generation that could occur from investing in a principal residence. As such, many Canadians of black ethnicity continue to experience significant wealth gaps. This wealth gap has serious implications as it continues to affect many generations to come.

What this program offers

This course would teach individuals how to get started in real estate investing. We will explore the following.

• Working on credit rating – Learning tips and strategies to improve credit rating.
• Learning how to approach banks and lending institutions for mortgage – includes understanding what the banks are looking for, understand debt to equity ratio. Etc.
• Understanding the concept of leverage and how to use leverage.
• Understanding joint ventures. Etc.
