To increase and improve the economic opportunities for youths, young adults and newcomers through mentorship and financial literacy.

A Canada where black Canadians can fully reach their full potential, manage their finances effectively and contribute significantly to the Canadian economy.

About Us

Through understanding the unique challenges faced by many
individuals of various ethnicities within Canada, some of which
include anti-black racisms, limited opportunities, lack of access to
capital, inadequate housing, lack of strong networks etc.

Excel at work aims to create and deliver culturally appropriate
programs and services to equip individuals with the tools needed to
create their own opportunities, effectively seek external
opportunities, and learn strategies needed to fulfil their potential.
Our programs will encourage individuals to step out of their
comfort zones, remain positive and opened to new opportunities.
Our programs also focus on introducing key strategies and learned
concepts to assist individuals better manage their finances.
